Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Allirha app and website. By using Allirha, you agree to them.

The service

Allirha lets two people pair their accounts and see shared information — such as the distance between them, days together, countdowns and time zones — in the app and in home-screen widgets, and play games together. Core features are free.

Your account

  • An account is created anonymously the first time you open the app. Keep your phone secure: without an email or password, a lost or reset phone can mean a lost account.
  • Pair only with someone you know. The app asks the person who shared a code to confirm who entered it.
  • You're responsible for what you write in the app, including game answers.

Acceptable use

Don't use Allirha to harass, track or monitor anyone without their knowledge, to break the law, or to interfere with the service (for example by guessing pairing codes or overloading it).

Premium

Some games and question packs may in future be offered as a paid subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms. A subscription is shared by both partners in a couple.

Content

The questions and other content in the app belong to [OPERATOR NAME]. City data is from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0 — see licences.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time — see deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

Allirha is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. Distances, times and countdowns are for fun and convenience only.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, [OPERATOR NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date below and tell you in the app about significant changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
