Deleting your account

You can delete your Allirha account at any time, from the app or the website, in a couple of clicks.

In the app or on the website

1. Open Allirha — the app, or the website once you've signed in — and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

You're signed out straight away.

What happens

• Deleted immediately: your name, email, password, city, time zone and every sign-in token. Your account can't be used again.
• If you're paired, you're unpaired at the same moment, and your partner loses access to your details.
• Kept for 30 days, then deleted: the history you shared with a partner — dates, visits, bucket list and game answers — so your former partner isn't surprised by it vanishing. After 30 days it is deleted permanently. Your former partner can delete it sooner.

Without signing in

If you can't sign in any more, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject "Delete my account". Include your account ID if you have it (Settings → Account ID). We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you only want to remove shared history after unpairing, either partner can do that from Settings → Shared history → Delete it now.
