Common questions

The widget says "Open the app to set up this widget". Open Allirha once. Widgets connect to your account the first time the app runs, then refresh on their own every few hours. You can also tap the ↻ button on a widget to refresh it now.

The widget hasn't updated. Widgets refresh every one to three hours to save battery. Pull down on the dashboard in the app, or tap ↻ on the widget, to refresh immediately.

My partner entered my code but nothing happened. That's expected: pairing needs your confirmation. Open Pair in the app, check it's really your partner, and tap Yes, pair us. Codes expire after one hour.

Someone I don't know entered my code. Tap No, that's not them. The code stops working immediately and you get a new one.

I set up a new phone and lost my account. Accounts are anonymous, so they can't be recovered on a new phone. Your partner can pair with your new account in the usual way. If you unpaired less than 30 days ago, pairing with the same partner brings your shared history back.

How do I use my location? Location is optional. In Dates & location, search for your city, or tap Use my approximate location — it's used once to find your nearest city, and only the city is saved.

How do I delete my data? See deleting your account.
